Matters needing attention
1.The tension force of the tension pulley cannot be too small, otherwise, the friction between the belt and the working wheels will be small, cause skidding. Equally, the tension force of the tension pulley cannot be too large, too large tension will increase the belt load, leading to the damage of the belt and the bearing of the working wheel.
2. The tension pulley should be placed inside the loose side so that the belt is only subjected to one-way bending. At the same time, it should be as close as possible to the big wheel, so as not to affect the wrap angle of the small belt pulley. If the tension pulley is placed outside the loose side, it should be as close to the small belt pulley as possible. The size of the wheel groove of the tension pulley is the same as that of the belt pulley, and its diameter is smaller than that of the small belt pulley.
